My i Lipo experience at Love Hair Love Beauty

I thought I'd drop a note to let anyone who may be interested know my own experience of i-Lipo. So here goes the long post......

Firstly I am 25 and a size 10/12. I have always had a problem with my stomach and would rarely wear anything tight as I was too paranoid about my bulge. No amount of time at the gym or time spent dieting would help it.
I had my consultation with Sammy one of our therapist she is patient and informative. She answered all my questions, showed me previous pictures of patients and in general made me feel very comfortable with the whole thing. I went ahead with my first treatment on Friday 9th April 2011. I had the pads place on my stomach as this is my problem area. For me this was lucnchtime lipo as the treatment only takes 20 minutes perfect!

Sammy measured me up before my treatment on the narrowist part of my stomach belly button and hips.The treatment was completlty pain free and i didn't feel a thing.
Sammy was fantastic throughout and constantly reassured more. After the treatment had been carried out Sammy then re-took my measurements... In only 20 minutes i'd lost 4.5 cm how AMAZING is that in 20 minutes literally laying on a bed doing nothing! :)

After my treatment i was advised to do 45 minutes excercise to get my heart rate pumping to burn off the fats and sugars that my fat cells had released. So off to the gym i went for a personal training session, you dont have to do the gym simply an exercise that gets your heart pumping is fine. If you do want a personal trainer i can recommend very good one!

I can clearly see results already and think once ive done the 8 recommended sessions I will be extremely happy with the results.

I will post my before and after pictures and maybe some videos at the end of my 8 sessions i have my next treatment on Friday 16th April so will let you know how that goes!
